The UK just sent out a chilling warning: Be ready for 3 days on your own

On October 22, the UK government launched Be Ready. It asks every household to keep 3 days of supplies at home in case of an emergency.
Then, the Pentagon said all US military bases need to be prepared for 90 days without the grid. But why are they pushing it now?
The short answer is cyber security. If hackers attack our grid, we could lose water, food, electricity, and pharmacy access.
Now, as cyber attacks are on the rise, being prepared for the grid to go down is more important than ever. Nations all over the globe are telling their citizens to get ready, and there's a reason for it.
