Every medication is selected by our clinical team for two things: a strong safety profile and low risk of drug interactions. That shortlist is the basis for all prescribing.

Where clinically appropriate, your physician may prescribe emergency antibiotics chosen to cover the most common bacterial infections Americans face when care is delayed.

Our add-ons are there to customize your kit to your specific needs, whether you have allergies, travel frequently, or need support with UTIs, our add-ons are meant to give you additional care that isn't included in our base kits.

2 Our Doctors

A physician licensed in your state reviews your intake form and writes your prescription. No office visit or video call required.

All consultations are reviewed by physicians licensed in your state of residence, a requirement of Canadian tele-health standards, and one we don't cut corners on.

Your physician reviews your intake form including medical history, allergies, and current medications, and prescribes only what's appropriate for you. Sometimes that means declining or adjusting a request.

Then, they send your prescription to a licensed pharmacy in your state for filling and shipment. Our partner pharmacy will package your medications, and then send them anywhere in the US for free.

3 Your Ongoing Support

Message a licensed physician anytime for a year after purchase, at no extra cost and with no new appointment needed.

Support doesn't end at delivery, it's designed for the moment you actually need help. If a health issue comes up, your first step is simple: contact our partnered clinical team.

A licensed clinician connects with you via tele-health to assess your symptoms and confirm whether starting a medication from your kit is the right step. Once you've started treatment under their direction, we follow up to check your progress.

Your Prepare Guidebook works alongside that support. It includes plain-language information on each medication, what to expect, and the red-flag symptoms that mean go to emergency care now. It's your reference and your supporting clinician is your guide.

This support is included for a full year at no extra cost. For severe symptoms such as difficulty breathing, chest pain, a severe allergic reaction, call 911 or go to the nearest ER immediately.
