Prepare Medical follows a standardized, clinically driven process. Medications that may be prescribed are carefully selected for their safety profiles and low potential for drug interactions - this serves as the basis for all prescribing decisions. Once an individual submits an intake form, a licensed clinician independently evaluates their medical history and determines which medications are medically appropriate. Only after clinical approval are prescriptions issued. Individuals may then opt to include or exclude any of the prescribed medications in their final fulfillment package. Prepare Medical does not prescribe narcotics, controlled substances, or targeted medications under any circumstances.
The medications we offer are identical to those available at your local pharmacy. Each medication has received approval and is listed in Health Canada's Drug Product Database, which can be found at: https://health-products.canada.ca/dpd-bdpp/
From the date of manufacturing an expiry between 2 to 3 years is typical for most medications. To optimize the longevity of your medications, it is advisable to store them in their original containers within a cool and dry environment. There is evidence through research and studies that support up to 99% potency of many medications when correctly stored.
Your medical kit is personalized by taking into account not only your allergies but also any other medications you might be currently taking or any medical issues you've encountered in the past.
The clinician access fee is $30. However, if a clinician reviews your request and determines that you are not eligible for any product based on your medical history, you will NOT be charged.
Our partner pharmacies ship your medication using their network of logistics partners, which could encompass carriers such as FedEx, Canada Post, Purolator, or local delivery companies. In most cases, you will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.
